Thank you for choosing Tactical Outland. We take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse. Warranty Policy
Tactical Outland offers a 1-year warranty on most products against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
The following are not covered under warranty:

Improper installation, modification, or alteration of the product

Damage caused by accidents, impact, drops, fire, or water exposure

Use of the product in unintended environments or applications

Failure to follow maintenance or storage instructions

Any signs of tampering, disassembly, or non-authorized repairs
If you believe your item qualifies for warranty coverage, please contact us and provide supporting details and images/videos of the issue.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please email service@tacticaloutland.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, your item may still be eligible for warranty service (not return). Please refer to our warranty policy above.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification

If the problem can be resolved with replacement parts, we may offer to ship parts at no cost

If the product is non-repairable, we will issue a full refund or replacement
If you cannot provide evidence of damage or malfunction, the return will be treated as a standard return, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Tactical Outland covers return shipping if:

The item arrived defective and cannot be repaired

The wrong item was sent

In qualifying cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Please note: actual shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the original order included discounted shipping.

Please contact service@tacticaloutland.com to receive the correct return address before shipping any items back.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellation
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. If you wish to cancel your order:
